Recylcing Services

Greenway Products & Services offers existing and potential customers in NJ, NY, PA, MD & DE the opportunity to recycle cardboard, plastic, shrink wrap, paper, metal, and wood. Depending on volumes, Greenway will supply a baler if the volumes of dry recyclables are sufficient. Rebates will be paid according to market value and depending on weight and volume. The recycled cardboard, plastic, paper and metal (and any other recyclables) can be placed on the same trailer as wood and plastic pallets to allow us to be your “one stop shop”. And we’re here to serve you around the clock, 24/7/365. Our trucks are always on the road, dropping & picking up trailers throughout the night.  All of our trailers leave our 10 acre facility with a load of outbound pallets.  When our drivers get to their destination, they drop off the trailer of pallets and take away the trailer loaded with your recyclables.  That inbound trailer comes right back to our facility where your recyclables will be processed. And when you get to work at your facility in the morning, your pallets are waiting for you so you can do what you do best.

Wood Waste

Greenway Products & Services, LLC is dedicated to reducing the waste stream impact through its extensive recycling program. We recycle wood waste – scrap and discarded pallets, shipping crates and scrap lumber. It’s our goal to keep as much wood as possible out of the waste stream. We provide our customers with environmentally friendly options and solutions for recycling of all kinds of clean wood waste. Some of the products we manufacture from wood waste include mulch, boiler fuel, wood chips, animal bedding and sawdust. Our large fleet of trailers and roll off containers can be easily stationed at your facility.  And there’s more good news… hauling away your recyclables is about half the cost of landfill disposal.

  • Clean Wood Waste – no treated, painted wood or plywood
  • Wood Pallets – all sizes and grades
  • Tree Parts – tree limbs, brush & branches
  • Stumps and whole Trees

Cardboard and Paper

Greenway Products & Services is committed to reducing landfill waste. Recycling one ton of cardboard can save about 9 cubic yards of space in a landfill and about 46 gallons of oil. Considering the average American uses approximately 650 pounds of paper and cardboard every year, that really adds up quickly.  When we recycle we lessen the demand for new cardboard so we can conserve trees and limit the air pollution that accompanies pulp processing.

Corrugated cardboard is very popular and used to make boxes for shipping. It is comprised of corrugated fiber paper, sandwiched by sturdy sheets of cardboard. Once this cardboard has been deposited into the trash or recycling bin, it is referred to in the industry as old corrugated cardboard, or OCC.

Paperboard (also called boxboard or chipboard) is flat, stiff and often coated to give a glossy appearance. It is used for items such as cereal boxes, beverage cartons, shoeboxes and tissue boxes. Paperboard is not cardboard, but people often confuse the two.

Plastics

Over the years we have built a network of loyal customers who consistently choose us for their plastic recycling needs. By leveraging our strategic partnerships and in-depth knowledge of our customers’ manufacturing and processing, our clients enjoy an added revenue stream while also doing their part to benefit the environment. Additionally we use trailers that are stationed at our customers’ facilities to pick unwanted pallets, cardboard, scrap metal and scrap plastic. Greenway Products & Services is truly your  “one stop shop” for all of your recycling needs.
