I needed pallets for a client in New Jersey and our business is in Alabama. So I often find myself in the unenviable... position of trying (logistically) to get a company with less than stellar customer service to meet the needs of my clients while conveying the sense of urgency and care that we exhibit at our company everyday. I had called two other companies in the area regarding my need for pallets and was basically scoffed at for just needing 4 pallets. Not worth their time is literally what one company told me.Then I called Greenway. I talked to Dave and explained what I needed. All I got from Greenway was questions. Questions about how they could serve my client and me better. How many pallets? What kind of material? Did I want to save money with budget pallets or did I need a nicer pallet? Did I need a large or small pallet? Was the cargo for the pallet heavy? Valuable? Did I need delivery? In what time frame did I need them?They helped me with my selection, I had delivery lined up and they made sure that the proper pallets were provided to my driver. My driver commented how well he was treated and my customer is pleased with the product. 1000% success! When we need pallets and shipping Greenway is the only way!Dave and Greenway ensured that MY business reaped the rewards of their hard work as they represented my company and me in this situation. All of this effort for 4 wooden pallets worth less than $100. Imagine what they will do for YOUR business?read more

Just delivered a truckload of pallets Molly was so helpful in directing me to the friendly office staff to receive my... ticket and go inside. Once inside was quickly unloaded and sent on my way. Such a great experience I'm so glad I came across greenway to recycle my pallets.read more

The customer service here is exceptional! I needed pallets to use for a wedding, and several staff members took the... time to show me several options of what I can bring home. I’m very particular and usually feel bad when I bother workers with my questions but everyone was super patient and helpful. I had a crate I needed picked up because I had no idea that the regular trash/recycle wouldn't take the crate. I made a... few calls and got a few quotes and then talked to Dave! He was so friendly and extremely helpful. The crate was picked up earlier then originally expected and the price was extremely reasonable! Greenway services gets an A+++ in my book! I will be definitely be calling again for any other needs I have!read more

Our warehouse has ordered customized and standard HT pallets from Greenway couple times already. I can always expect high quality pallets and timely delivery from them every time. It’s very easy to work with their professional team. Five star service without question.

This is my first time writing a review on any company however, I thought it would be robbery to not share my experience with Greenway Products and Services. Within days of a event, Dave came to my rescue. The weather cause a little delay but Dave went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. What really pushed my fingers to write this review was the fact that I did not order as much as the company was accustom to but I was treated as if I was spending a million bucks. Beside the red mulch was absolutely beautiful…Thank You Soooo Much Dave.
